Not in love with your purchase? We get it! No love lost. If you’re not completely satisfied we will gladly accept merchandise for a store credit to go toward your next order once your item has been returned. The refund does not include the original shipping cost, on the cost of the product(s).
The following items cannot be returned: mugs, masks, hats, candles, wristbands and enamel pins.
Our return policy is 14 days. Returned items must be postmarked within 14 days of the customer receiving their order. Items must be unworn and unwashed. Items that do not meet these criteria are non-returnable and refund will be denied.
We offer free returns with pre-paid return labels via USPS (United States Parcel Service). If the return label is not processed and scanned by USPS within 7 days of it being issued to the customer, it will be deactivated.
Please note, refunds can take up to 4 weeks to full process on some orders.
All International sales are final and cannot be returned.
