When will my order ship?
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing. Most orders ship within this window, though some print-on-demand items may take a few extra days depending on production time.
Once your item ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Orders may arrive in multiple shipments if they include both in-stock and made-to-order items.
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee. You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
To start the return process:

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but only before your order ships. If you need to cancel or make changes, please contact us ASAP at liveinclusively@wintersgroup.com.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you realize your address is incorrect, reply to your order confirmation email right away or email us at liveinclusively@wintersgroup.com. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update the address. Once an order is shipped, we’re unable to make changes.
