Let My People Vote

We have partnered with Soul 2 Soul Sisters to help get people registered to vote. All profits from the sales of our 'Good Trouble' t-shirt will go to Soul 2 Soul Sisters' Let My People Vote program.

What is Let My People Vote?

Soul 2 Soul Sisters’ Let My People Vote program raises awareness of political issues impacting Black people - particularly Black Womxn - and increases the power of Black communities by enfranchising all voting-age Black people while cultivating robust and sustained Black political participation.

Specifically, through strong Black liberation voices, digital campaigns, and grassroots advocacy and activism, Soul 2 Soul Sisters in coalition with other womxn of color-led organizations will convene virtual town halls and voter education events, host educational online gatherings, and coordinate online voter registration and voter turnout activities.

Why 'Good Trouble'?

The late representative John Lewis famously said, "Do not get lost in a sea of despair. Be hopeful, be optimistic. Our struggle is not the struggle of a day, a week, a month, or a year, it is the struggle of a lifetime. Never, ever be afraid to make some noise and get in good trouble, necessary trouble." Lewis devoted his life to racial justice and equality. One of his greatest fights was for voting rights. To honor his legacy, we are donating profits from the sale of our 'Good Trouble' t-shirt to Soul 2 Soul Sisters' Let My People Vote program to continue to ensure all people, especially those most marginalized, have access to voting.
